Our Hibiscus flowers come from Senegal, West Africa where they are traditionally used to make a tonic tea. Here, we have combined the hibiscus extract with rose water to create this exquisite syrup.
Hibiscus & Rose Reduction has a multitude of uses, and can be anything from a simple embelishment for fruity desserts to a special ingredient that turns a bottle of white wine into a sensational spritzer.
This reduction can also be used to:
