Our Hibiscus flowers come from Senegal, West Africa where they are traditionally used to make a tonic tea. Here, we have combined the hibiscus extract with rose water to create this exquisite syrup.

Hibiscus & Rose ReductionHibiscus & Rose Reduction has a multitude of uses, and can be anything from a simple embelishment for fruity desserts to a special ingredient that turns a bottle of white wine into a sensational spritzer.

This reduction can also be used to:

• Make cocktails such as a 'Red Margarita'
• Creating delicious champagne jelly
• Garnish a tagine or leg of lamb

Product information

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Hibiscus Extract (2.5%), Rose Water Extract (0.3%). Storage: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.  Once opened, refrigerate and consume within four weeks. Directions: Ready to use.
