Making biscotti is great cooking therapy – and a superb rainy day activity with the kids! Make a hole in the top of the biscuits before baking so you can thread them with ribbon and hang on the Christmas tree, or, packed decoratively, they make a lovely homemade gift.

What's more, our Mochaccino Biscotti Mix is also nut free.
(But feel free to add almonds or hazelnuts to the mix if nuts
