A mix that makes a delicious and versatile Mexican
cheese ball or dip. It makes one big cheese ball or
several small ones.

Full of traditional Mexican spices including jalapeno chilli, oregano and a little roasted cumin. Use to create and season a multitude of Mexican dishes from just one seasoning.

As well as all of this, you can use
the cheese ball mix as:

• A stuffing for potato skins
• A seasoning for fajitas
• The basis of your own guacamole or
pico de gallo
• Adding a tasty Mexican twist
to leftovers

Product information

Ingredients: Pack 1: Tomato Powder, Chilli Powder, Roasted Paprika, Minced Onion, Salt, Onion Powder, Spices, Herbs, Sugar. Pack 2: Tortilla Chips (Maize, Vegetable Oil, Salt). Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Directions: Mix 1 tbsp of the seasoning pack to the contents of the tortilla chip pack and set aside. Mix the remaining seasoning with 200g of full fat cream cheese. Refrigerate for two hours. Form the cheese mix into a ball, then roll it in the seasoning and tortilla mixture.
