Pickle-up your puddings and enjoy a profusion of other sweet and savoury uses. It’s gorgeous with goat’s cheese and great with Greek yogurt!

You can use this product in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Serve with cheeses – it's especially good with
goats cheese wrapped in prosciutto
• Add brandy and serve over waffles with
  extra thick double cream
• Use as an alternative filling for your mince pies
• Make one large pie by rolling out a large
  circle of pastry, put the pudding pickle in the
  middle, pull in the edges and bake until
  golden brown
• Serve with Greek yogurt or bake with ricotta

Ingredients: Figs (26%), Water, Sugar, Rice Rolled Dried Figs (13%), Balsamic Vinegar (6%), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Cornflour, Thickener: Fruit Fibre. Storage: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within four weeks.
