smoked garlic
Traditional tapenade with a twist. We've included roasted aubergines and sun dried tomatoes to complement the green and black olives and create an exquisitely rich flavour.
What's more, the smoked garlic is sensational (it adds a smooth, smokey depth to the overall taste) and we've added whole pinenuts to provide both texture and variety.
Among its many uses, our favourites include a topping for bruschetta (together with buffalo mozzarella) or as a topping or stuffing for fish.
